    1. WHO WE ARE

Lifespring Chapel Tatu is Movement of believers Passionate about God, His People and His Mission. We are excited and on mission with God to Reach the lost, Reproduce Disciples who will Restore God’s Dream for His Creation.  We envision a community Transformed by Christ, Transforming our world with Christ.

Why We Stand Out: (Our Theology and Philosophy)

We believe in the Gospel of LIFE -God’s LIFE fully lived in human Life as modelled by our Lord Jesus Christ as the ultimate purpose for every person and to bring about Kingdom Transformation. GOD WANTS TO USE YOU TO DO SOMETHING BIG AND AMAZING TO CHANGE THE WORLD!

We are here TO HELP PEOPLE FIND THEIR WAY BACK TO GOD! We do this by Raising Disciples who:

Connect- Growing in their Love for God and Conviction that God is who He says He is and we are who He says we are. (Mat 16:13)

Relate: Practicing Love for All People and being in LIFE- Giving Community with other believers (Heb 10:24)

Grow: Discover and Grow in your Calling to Contribute to God’s Mission through your Talents, Treasures, Time in active and excellent service. (1 Pt 4:10)

Go: Increase your Influence to restore your world by actively living and reproducing the Mission in others through Missional Communities. (Mt 28:19-20)

    2. HOW WE WIN (What we measure)

These are our key celebration points, what we want to bring about ‘spontaneous applause’

·            New Contacts- We Are Passionate about People. Number of People reached with the     Gospel through TatuLIFE.

·        New Converts- We Celebrate Kingdom Decisions- Number of Conversions/Rededications     and Baptisms as a result of the Mission of TatuLIFE

·        New Communities- We are excited to send out for Multiplication (New Missional LIFE     Communities sent from TatuLIFE.

 3.     HOW WE DO IT (Our Engine)

Our movement engine is designed and aligned around the mission of Reach, Restore and Reproduce. At the practice of the Movement, We seek to Reproduce only 2 things SIMPLE Starting Points  and Missional LIFE Communities that are GAME. We like to say "We play a SIMPLE GAME."

A. THE STARTING POINT AT TatuLIFE                                                                                               #Your New LIFE Starts here’ 

Based on Acts 2:42-47, The Starting Point is our weekly worship service designed to invite Seekers and Members to celebrate and join in the Mission of Jesus – (Reach the Lost, Reproduce Disciples, and Restore God’s World.  At the SP we are SIMPLE

·        Simple: Focus on Teaching the Word, Expectant Worship& Prayer and Renewing                   Communion.

·        Intentional: Practice Faith Not Religion. Creatively keep a single focus on what is     mission critical.

·        Missional: Invite and Celebrate New Contacts, New Converts, New Communities (   MLC’s)

·        Passionate: We love what we do, we give it our all, we hold nothing back.

·        Loving: We are about people not programs. Authentic Fellowship.

·        Excellent: Committed to evaluate, learn and grow together in our engagement.

The Outcome is the Connect to LIFE Experience (Connect to Christ, to Church, and to Mission) in a Missional LIFE Community. #Are you Connected? Join a Missional LIFE Community.

  B. MISSIONAL COMMUNITIES (MC) #AWholeNewLIFEAWholeNewWorld .. And all the Nations of the earth will be BLESSED through you. Gen 12:3

    These are Discipleship Communities that are on Mission Together. MC’s are the basic unit     of the Church of about 5-12 people with Clear Leadership, Meeting Regularly and     seeking to Reproduce at least once every year.

    MC’s are organized around the ‘Mountains of Culture’ (Arts &Entertainment,     Business and Economics, Education and Science, Family and Relationships, Government     and Social Justice, Media and Communication, Religion and Spirituality). MC’s engage in     their world to actively Champion the Restoration of God’s Dream for that     Mountain. MC’s seek to raise Disciples who are Liv-IN-g the GAME Together.

·        Generous Living and contributing to the mission of God with others

·        Accountable Living: Growing in the word, prayer and breaking bread & my Integrity with others.

·        Missional Living: I daily seek opportunities to do the BLESS THE ONE practice - (Begin the day with prayer for the One, Listen out for the One, Eat with the One, Serve the One, Share your LIFE story with the One) & seeking out for New Contacts, New Converts and New Communities.

·        Excellent Living: I honor God by being the best and bringing out the best in others in all that I do. 

4.   WHO GETS US THERE: Leadership and Discipleship Track

There is more to it, than just attending. We invite you to a journey to increase your influence and be relevant in your faith in our leadership and discipleship track.

·        Seeker- I attend church, I am searching for a place to belong, I am new around here, I’m not sure about my faith?

·      Member: I am Connected, I am born again, baptized, serving, committed giver & declared my membership.

·       Apprentice: I am being developed to lead a Missional LIFE Community, I am growing in my discipleship, and I am exploring my purpose.

·        Team leader: I am leading a LIFE Community of 10-12 people or 5 families, I am mentoring/apprenticing someone, and I am growing in my purpose.

·        Coach: I provide, support, encouragement and accountability to LIFE Community team leaders and investing myself in an apprentice. I am sharing my purpose and helping others discover their purpose.

·        Multiplier: I oversee, facilitate and commission Champions in a station to pursue the Jesus mission in their areas of calling through Missional LIFE Communities. I help others to excel in their purpose.  

·        Champion: I am living out my Mission, I champion a Missional LIFE Community and help people find their way back to God. I am a custodian of the Church vision in my area of mission.

·        Network Leader: I oversee the multiplication of networks of Mission communities and Church Plants.
